Open Door Property

Privacy Policy

Updated: 12 October 2026. This notice explains how information is handled in connection with Open Door Property at coloradoreoagents.com. The website publisher can be contacted at [email protected] for questions about this notice or a privacy request.

Information handled

Reading the articles does not require an account. When your browser requests a page, the hosting system processes technical information such as your IP address, the requested address, request time and browser information. Requests and errors may appear in operational or security logs. Search terms entered in the site’s search box form part of the requested URL; avoid entering confidential information.

If you email us, your email address, the name you provide, message and any attachments are handled to respond to your request. Send only the information needed for your question. There is no contact-submission form, public commenting, newsletter signup or checkout on the current website.

We use technical information to deliver pages, diagnose faults and protect the site, and correspondence to answer questions or review corrections. Where a lawful basis is required, these ordinary activities rely on the legitimate interests of operating and securing the publication and handling the correspondence you initiate. A legal obligation may require particular records to be retained or disclosed.

Cookies and links

Cloudflare provides content delivery and security in front of the hosting server. It processes network and request information, including IP addresses, to route traffic and help protect the site. If a security challenge is used, necessary security cookies may remember the result. See Cloudflare’s privacy information and its explanation of challenge cookies.

The current public pages do not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator login and account functions; these are distinct from ordinary article reading. Browser controls allow you to inspect or remove cookies, although blocking login cookies can prevent account functions from working.

Links to source material take you to other websites with their own privacy practices. The current articles do not load third-party video or social-media embeds. Email is handled through email systems rather than submitted through this website.

Keeping information

Hosting, technical administration and email providers may process information as needed to deliver their services. The purposes described here do not require selling personal information or using it for behavioural advertising.

Retention depends on the reason for keeping a record: whether a request remains unresolved, whether it is needed to understand an editorial correction, whether a security issue is still being investigated, and any applicable record-keeping obligation. These criteria apply instead of a single fixed period for every type of record. Contact us if you need information about a particular record or wish to request deletion.

The website and email are separate systems. Information may be processed in the countries where their providers operate. Ask the publisher about the providers and arrangements relevant to your request; this notice does not assume that all processing occurs in your country.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or request a portable copy. Write to [email protected], explain your request and identify the relevant correspondence or visit as precisely as you can. Only information reasonably needed to verify and answer a request should be supplied; do not send identity documents unless they are necessary and requested.

You may also raise a concern with the data-protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction. If the website’s features or data practices change, this page should be updated with a new revision date. See Contact for editorial correspondence.
